如何怎么預(yù)防應(yīng)對(duì)CDM林業(yè)碳匯項(xiàng)目的泄漏問(wèn)題

      5 　結(jié)語(yǔ)
　　綜上所述,CDM林業(yè)項(xiàng)目會(huì)由于一些復(fù)雜和動(dòng)態(tài)的原因?qū)χ車(chē)沫h(huán)境產(chǎn)生一些意想不到的影響(即泄漏) 。由于目前還沒(méi)有對(duì)緩解氣候變化的項(xiàng)目造成的泄漏進(jìn)行連續(xù)的觀察和估計(jì),所以還缺乏對(duì)泄漏進(jìn)行量化的研究。但如果在項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)階段,通過(guò)模型的模擬、案例的研究和常規(guī)的觀察確定出項(xiàng)目潛在的泄漏,就可對(duì)項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行相應(yīng)地調(diào)整,避免一些項(xiàng)目參與方可以控制的泄漏,從而確保林業(yè)碳匯項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施使項(xiàng)目實(shí)施國(guó)的社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境朝著可持續(xù)的方向發(fā)展。
